There are more than one reports that can serve this particular purpose. One of them is the Transaction Register from Reports -> Loan Portfolio -> Transactions -> Transaction Register. To pull transactions of a specific type, specify the Trans Code in the filter.
E.g. How do I get a report to show all NSFs?
Navigate to Transaction Register on the left pane from the Report page, and select 180 in the Trans Code.
After filling in all necessary filter values, display the report. The Transaction Register Report is generated with all NSF transactions from NLS.
