In Processing/Transaction menu, Create Batch, Edit Batch and Reload Batch is disabled/grayed out:

To enable Create Batch, Edit Batch and Reload Batch in Processing, Transaction menu, enable the Transaction Entry Batches in Loan Setup/Defaults.

OK to Save and recycle NLS for the changes to take effect:
