To create a collection campaign, first navigate to the campaign builder screen and click on the add button from the ribbon.  



Name your campaign and provide a description. 

 You can choose to create your campaign using a SQL statement or using the grid.  Using the grid, you will populate the columns with the parameters that will define which loans should be included in the campaign. 

In the screenshot below, the system is creating a campaign for all loans that are more than 30 days past due And have a loan status of "ACTIVE" 

Check the options tab to select if you want to omit loans that are part of another campaign.  

When you are done defining the campaign, click the save button and then click on the red exclamation mark button to run the campaign.

  You will be prompted with the number of loans that will be included in the campaign.  




Select your campaign showing today's date and change the status field to OPEN



Navigate to collector mode and click on connect to campaign.  you should now see your campaign in the campaign list.
