Here's additional info on the spec of the overlay:
2 = clear band...No information should be in this area
3 = return address
8 = out going address for a flat
4 = out going address for a #10 envelope
7A = that is where the 2D goes
7 = That is where the 2D goes
9 = remitt adress
5 = lock box address
6 = clear band area
What is 2D?
That is the little black box that prints on the statements. It contains information that tells how to print and insert.
